MASTER project is within the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme (workprogramme 2001) under the RTD Key Action IV (IV.3.1 Software architecture).

MASTER project is within the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme (workprogramme 2001) under the RTD Key Action IV (IV.3.1 Software architecture). IST programme is part of the European Commission (EC) activities to promote and fund European research.

MASTER aims to perform an early validation of the Model Driven Architecture (MDA) approach which is currently being promoted by the Object Management Group (OMG).

MASTER is a two years project starting on April 1st 2002 till March 31st 2004.
